  Fast and friendly service. I got the Texas Chili Cheeseburger and it was incredible. Chili tastes great, maybe a little onion heavy for some but I love it. Free WiFi, and you can make any drink a float for $.89 extra with their I've cream machine (very cool). Will be back soon. Very clean and new establishment. Check it out!

  3/12 - I had high hopes but this evening I had the WORST first experience EVER. My 8 month pregnant wife had a craving for a good hamburger and wanted to give "IT'S A Burger" a shot. We called in to order for pick up and when I got there I only had to spend a couple of minutes waiting for the order. When I got home I opened the bag to realize that my order was wrong. My wife called furious of course because I have to go back and pick up our right order. When I get there, the manager (Caleb) doesn't even address there mistake. My order was handed to me another staff member so I had to ask for the manager. Only then does the manager (Caleb) decide to speak with me. Customer service is the only thing that will make or break a business and I hope this gets the owner's attention to address their lack of Customer Service.

  First time here, atmosphere is inviting like be the old style feel. The burgers are priced a bit heavy and wish the flavor of the burger had more seasoning. Bacon was to crispy.!
  Associates were very polite.
